- Find and report important local news from the assigned state.
- Verify facts and sources before publishing.
- Stay active on social media and remain updated with the latest news.
- Strong knowledge of the assigned state and its districts.
- Good understanding of local communities, places and current issues.
- Strong research, writing and editing skills.
- Work from Home.
- Position open for Assam and Arunachal Pradesh only.
Graphic Designer
- Create attractive images and thumbnails for news stories.
- Design simple, clean and professional social media posts.
- Edit photos and improve their colour, quality and appearance.
- Prepare images in the correct sizes for the app, website and social media.
- Deliver designs quickly, especially for breaking news.
- Work closely with the news editors.
- Must have a computer and a reliable internet connection.
- Strong understanding of news and social media graphics.
