Seppa Set for August 20 Protest Against Waste Collection Fees

The All East Kameng Youth Forum will hold a peaceful rally in Seppa on August 20 opposing Solid Waste Management user fees. The group supports proper waste management but wants fee collection stopped until the government holds consultations with citizens, students, organisations and other stakeholders.
