₹3 Crore Drawn to ‘Self’, Contractor Unpaid? ACB Complaint Names CAMPA CEO

Activist Chopa Cheda has asked Arunachal’s ACB to register an FIR against CAMPA CEO Vineet Kumar Jawal over alleged diversion of ₹3 crore meant for Balemu’s eco-tourism project. Cheda further claims RTI records show a “Self” withdrawal, while the contractor says he received no payment.
