Blue Paint on NH-415 Triggers Safety Concern by Activist

Social activist Takam Xavier has questioned the unauthorised blue painting of parapets and railings along NH-415's Nirjuli-Karsingsa Viaduct. He submitted a representation to IMC on August 13 and filed a police complaint on August 21, seeking inquiry into permissions, technical approvals and road-safety assessments.
