Non-Submission of SIR Form May Exclude Voters From Draft Roll

The Election Commission said voters who fail to return their SIR enumeration forms may be excluded from the draft electoral roll. Booth Level Officers will conduct local inquiries and record reasons such as absence, death, relocation or duplicate registration before updating the rolls.
