Payi Gyadi Suggests Shifting Major Institutes Across Arunachal

Social activist Payi Gyadi suggested shifting NERIST, NIT Arunachal Pradesh and Jote's Film Institute to districts such as Namsai, Roing, Pasighat, Aalo, Tezu, Mechuka, Ziro and Tawang, saying decentralisation would promote balanced development, better academic environments and Pan-Arunachal unity.
