APST Scholarship Applications Open for 2026–27

Arunachal Pradesh has invited online applications for APST stipend and post-matric scholarship schemes. Applications open on 6 August and close on 16 October 2026. Eligible students must complete OTR and use an Aadhaar-linked bank account.
