Yupia Sessions Court Gives Life Term to Anti-Drug Activist Togo Rebe, Associate

Togo Rebe and Kishor Tamang were sentenced to life imprisonment for abducting, assaulting and demanding ransom from a man in 2015. The court stressed that no private individual can detain or punish others in the name of anti-drug activism.
